What it does
Target by loyalty tier — show different checkout content and post-purchase offers based on the customer's tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Target by points balance — create conditions like 'if customer has more than 500 points, show this offer' to incentivize customers near a reward threshold.
Target by membership status — distinguish between loyalty members and non-members with personalized messaging.
Dynamic points-earned messaging — Tile calculates how many points a customer will earn on the current order and makes it available as {{loyalty.pointsEarned}}. Show 'You'll earn 350 points on this order!' on any content block.
How to increase AOV with Rivo
Tier-exclusive upsells
Create a post-purchase funnel targeted to Gold tier members. Offer an exclusive bundle: 'As a Gold member, you get exclusive access to our [Bundle] at 25% off.' Non-Gold members never see this offer.
Points incentive on upsells
Add 'Accept this offer and earn {{loyalty.pointsEarned}} bonus points!' to your post-purchase UI. Customers see a real number — providing motivation beyond the product itself.
Non-member conversion
Target checkout content to non-members: 'Join our rewards program and start earning points on every order. Members earn 2x points during checkout!'
Points-threshold nudge
Target customers with fewer than 100 points: 'You're only {{loyalty.points}} points away from a $10 reward! Add this item to get closer.'
