What it does
Your Klaviyo lists and segments become targeting conditions in Tile. Show or hide any checkout content, post-purchase upsell offer, or A/B test variant based on which Klaviyo list or segment a customer belongs to — checked in real-time at checkout.
Tile fires custom events to Klaviyo when customers interact with post-purchase upsell offers. When a customer accepts or declines a one-click upsell, Tile sends a 'Tile Upsell Accepted' or 'Tile Upsell Declined' event to Klaviyo — complete with product details, discount info, and revenue data.

Create a post-purchase funnel targeted to your 'VIP Customers' or 'Top Spenders' Klaviyo segment. Offer them an exclusive product or a deeper discount that first-time buyers never see. Tile checks segment membership in real-time.

Target your 'At Risk' or 'Lapsed Customer' Klaviyo segment with a post-purchase offer that includes a compelling discount. These customers are already at checkout — a well-timed upsell with a personalized discount can re-engage them.
Post-purchase email flow
When a customer accepts an upsell, Tile fires an event to Klaviyo. Build a flow triggered by 'Tile Upsell Accepted' that sends a follow-up email: 'Great choice adding [Product]! Here's how to get the most out of it.'

Show different trust badges, banners, or content blocks depending on Klaviyo segment. New subscribers see 'Welcome! Your first order ships free.' Repeat buyers see 'Thanks for coming back — you've earned 2x loyalty points.'
