What it does

Target by subscriber status — show different content to active subscribers vs. non-subscribers. Subscribers might see exclusive offers; non-subscribers see an incentive to subscribe.

Target by subscription status — filter by active, cancelled, or expired. Show win-back offers to cancelled subscribers. Show loyalty messaging to active subscribers.

How to increase AOV with Recharge

Subscriber-exclusive upsells

Target active Recharge subscribers with a complementary product: 'Add this to your next subscription box and save 20%.' Subscribers are already committed buyers — they convert on upsells at higher rates.

Non-subscriber conversion

When a non-subscriber checks out with a subscription-eligible product, show: 'Love this product? Subscribe and save 15% on every order.' Tile detects non-subscribers and targets accordingly.

Cancelled subscriber win-back

Target 'cancelled' subscription status with a reactivation incentive: 'We miss you! Reactivate your subscription and get your next box free.' These customers have already shown subscription intent.

Subscriber-specific checkout messaging
